Logo Design

Know More

As the visual designer, I developed a branding system that reflects Bluemonk’s commitment to sustainability, adaptability, and the outdoors. The logo and visual language evoke a sense of calm, clarity, and raw nature

An Interesting Project

I led the branding and logo design process from the ground up. The project began with extensive market research — understanding the niche of terrain-specific skincare, identifying user needs, and mapping the visual language of sustainable outdoor brands. My focus was on building a distinct, adaptive identity that feels both rooted in nature and tailored for modern, mobile lifestyles.

Approach

Creating a brand that speaks sustainability while standing out visually meant striking a balance between recall, relevance, and bold storytelling.

I began with market research to understand both the skincare space and the sustainable product landscape. I studied how eco-conscious brands visually represent themselves, identifying patterns in tone, palette, and form. But I wanted Bluemonk to break away from the typical earthy minimalism, to feel more alive, memorable, and ready for the outdoors. The goal was to design a logo and identity system that is bold, easy to recall, and emotionally resonant.

Custom Type Logo

A typeface crafted from scratch ensures that the brand doesn’t just blend in, it owns space in your memory.

Choosing a custom typeface wasn’t just a creative call ,it was a strategic one. Research shows that custom lettering significantly improves visual retention, helping the audience form a stronger connection with the brand. Unlike generic font-based logos, this design carves a unique identity that’s hard to forget. It also aligned perfectly with the client's vision , they wanted something that felt fresh, distinct, and unmistakably theirs. The result is a typographic mark that communicates clarity, confidence, and adaptability, just like the product it represents.

Deliverable

Even though it was a small-scale project, the deliverables were crafted with care and precision.
From a custom typeface to 3D mock-ups, every element was designed to bring clarity and character.

The client didn’t need a full-scale branding package, but every piece delivered was thoughtful and intentional. I created a compact yet comprehensive brand guideline that included custom typeface usage, logo variations, do’s and don’ts, and a strong focus on visual consistency. To help visualize the identity in action, I developed several 3D mock-ups showcasing logo applications across various touchpoints. The guide also covered color hierarchy, typography usage, and alignment with the brand’s tone and purpose.
